Week 4 - Semaine 4

Dad

This fine looking gentleman is “mi padre”.  He’s curious, has a passion for the Spanish language, loves to travel, and, although he’s been retired for a few years, has never been busier.  There are many ways I could have photographed him today, and we did try a few things, but I liked this photo the best from the bunch we made.  He has always had many house plants around and given that I photographed him in his home, it’s no surprise that he’s surrounded by them for this photo.

Ce bel homme est “mi padre”.  Il est un homme curieux, passionné par la langue Espagnole, aime beaucoup voyager, et depuis sa retraite il y a quelques années, n’a jamais été aussi occupé.  Il ne me manquait pas d’idées pour comment le photographier, et nous avons essayés plusieurs endroits dans sa maison.  Mais cette photo est ma préférée de la série avec des plantes l’entourant comme ça toujours été le cas dans ses maisons.
